What is ASQ Koalaty Kid?

Koalaty Kid is a quality in education initiative funded largely through the American Society for Quality (ASQ). ASQ Koalaty Kid offers training,

publications, and networking opportunities (mainly through membership in the ASQ Koalaty Kid Alliance) to help schools and districts in their continuous

improvement efforts.

Established in 1993, it exists to advance the quality of education in schools
throughout the world  through the use, continuous improvement and growth of

the Koalaty Kid approach. This student centered approach aims at creating a school environment where all students sustain enthusiasm for learning, behave

responsibly,  feel proud of themselves and their achievements, and strive to meet high standards.

The accomplishment of this goal occurs through training educators to use the process and tools of quality and through a growing network of like-minded

professionals.

What are the goals of ASQ Koalaty Kid?
