Exam Format:
All examinations consist of multiple-choice questions that are carefully
designed, reviewed for correctness, and computer scored and
analyzed to properly determine the degree of
comprehension of the prescribed body of knowledge. The Certified Quality
Manager
exam also contains two constructed
response or essay questions.
Application Deadlines:
The application deadlines are approximately 1 ½ months before examination
dates.
Application deadline means that information must be in the office of ASQ before
that date (no exceptions), 611 East Wisconsin Avenue,
Milwaukee, WI
53201-3005.
