Exam Format:
All examinations consist of multiple-choice questions that are carefully
designed, reviewed for correctness, and computer scored and analyzed to properly determine the degree of
comprehension of the prescribed body of knowledge. The Certified Quality
Manager exam also contains two constructed
response or essay questions.
Exams
generally start at 8:00 AM, and candidates are expected to arrive early (7:15
AM). Exams on Saturday, December 3, 2011 as well as
Saturday, March 3, 2012 are scheduled to be held in room
125A. However, all exam candidates should check in with the front desk at
Polaris Career Center in the unlikely event that plans should change.
Application Deadlines:
The application deadlines are approximately 1 ½ months before examination
dates.
Application deadline means that information must be in the office of ASQ before
that date (no exceptions), 611 East Wisconsin Avenue,
Milwaukee, WI
53201-3005.
